More info…

Welcome to Newcastle Advisors,

What better way to kick off the new year, than taking one giant leap forward towards achieving your financial goals in 2021.

You know you spent way too many days in 2020 thinking you could be “smarter with your money” but here we are in the new year and you’re still left wondering just exactly how to make the necessary changes.

This is why I created this online course.

I want to make it easy for you to understand how to get the most out of your finances.

And exactly how to maximise your income, savings and investments.

Throughout this 8 weeks, we will be discussing the following:

  1. Review your current situation

Discover what your picture looks like today and understand the areas you need to shift your focus towards.

  2. Money Mindset

Understand & learn your personal money story, how your money mindset has been influenced & how to change your money mindset moving forward.

  3. Goal Setting

Learn how to set goals, understand your purpose & why behind each goal, and discover how to bridge the gap from where you are now to where you want to be.

  4. Budget/financial security/ financial freedom

Learn how structure & automation can support you, whilst overlaying your why to the how.

  5. Home Deposit / Home Loans

Learn the in & outs of home loans and some ways to support you when you are saving a home deposit.

  6. How to Start Investing

Breaking down why you are looking to invest, before learning how & what to invest in.

Whilst understand the two key fundamentals of investing; dollar cost averaging & asset allocation.

  7. Review my Super

For many superannuation is their largest asset outside of their home. However, it is widely misunderstood.

Learn what super is, how it can support you, & the 4 things to look for when researching your super fund.

  8. Review my Insurance

There is no point building a financial plan and accounting for all your income, expenses and assets if you don’t have a plan to protect what you have.

Learn why you need insurance, the types of insurance that are important, the current insurance landscape and how to structure your insurance policies effectively to not significantly affect your personal cashflow.

  9. My Plan

Building together what we have learned over the 8 weeks to design your blueprint or financial plan and the action items that will support you in achieving your goals.

Why I created this online course

If you’re like most young, hard working professionals…you have a lot going on.

You know there’s probably more you can be doing to reach your long term financial your goals…but you’re not exactly sure what that is.

Or maybe you just don’t have the time or desire to it all on your own. We get it!

We want to take worrying about your financial future off your plate so you can focus on what you do best.

We have created this course to help inform those who are looking to take that next step on their financial journey.

We want to help you build the confidence to save and invest without all of the stress of wondering "Am I on the right track?”

The second part to why I created this online course is more personal.

For my entire life I have been told that finances are to be kept secret & to not discuss your finances with anyone.

Which makes it very difficult to learn the necessary skills to effectively budget, save & invest. To create financial security for my family and ultimately financial freedom providing my family with the opportunities.

However, from when we are born we are indoctrinated into these sense of don’t speak about money. This message is reiterated from our homes to school to work, the message remained very consistent “we will not teach you about money, but don’t discuss anything about money with others.”

It is like we are in Harry Potter, talking about "He Who Must Not Be Named"

Those of us who are not from a family who were willing or able to provide guidance in these areas often start on the backfoot. As we don’t learn the necessary financial literacy skills at school, which without the education and being able to talk to someone about your finances can become quite an intimidating topic to explore on your own.

Of course there are experts in this field, whether that be a tax accountant, superannuation advisor, or a financial advisor. However, seeking advice & support from an expert costs money, which when you are starting out trying to learn the fundamentals and get ahead may not always be in your best interest.

I don’t believe this needs to be the case.

This is why I have created this course.

To start the conversation, to break down the walls & equip more families with the financial literacy they require to support their families.

How is the course presented?

It is presented over a live webinar each week for 8 weeks & will be coupled with written material (as everyone has a different way of learning).

There will be an opportunity to ask questions to a financial advisor.

How long do I have access to the course?

How does lifetime access sound? You'll always have access to these recorded webinars & written material.

I suggest going back over this multiple times and using this as a reference point.

What if I am unhappy with the course?

We offer a full refund after 7 days and if you have taken the Financial Blueprint provided to you. If you hate it hit me up and we'll refund you. No problem.

I want full access to the course straight away?

We drip feed the course out to you all over a 8 week period with live interactions.

We find this provides time for people to process the information provided.

But if you want access to the full course straight away we can manually do that. But in doing so we can no longer provide a refund.

I can't afford it?

If you cannot afford to invest $167 in yourself & your financial future, maybe this challenge isn’t for you.

Why Is The Price $167?

It shows me you're serious about learning. Investing money into your brain is one of life's underestimated investments. I charge $550 for a 60 Minute consulting session with me and between $4,400 - $13,200 for strategic financial advice. Plus does anybody actually value anything when it's FREE?
